Booking & Deposit
- A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to reserve your party date.
- Your party is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- The remaining balance, plus an 18% gratuity, is due before the party begins.
- Deposits may be transferred one time with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Gratuity
- An 18% gratuity is automatically added to the final balance for all Boutique and Mobile Spa Parties.
Guest Count
- Party packages include the number of guests listed in your selected package.
- Additional guests may be added for an additional fee, based on space and staff availability.
- Final guest count is due 7 days before your party.
Arrival & Party Timing
Boutique Parties
- Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled party start time.
- Parties begin and end promptly at the scheduled time.
Mobile Spa Parties
- Our spa team will arrive approximately 45 minutes before your scheduled party time to unload and set up.
- Please have the party area ready upon our arrival.
Late Arrivals
- Parties begin at the scheduled start time.
- Guests arriving late will join the party where we are in the schedule.
- Missed services or activities cannot be repeated or extended due to late arrival.
Our Boutique Party Space
Lil Divas Spa Boutique is a cozy spa designed especially for children.
To give the girls plenty of room to enjoy their spa experience:
- We kindly ask that parents remain outside the spa area during services.
- We recommend no more than 2–3 adults stay during the party.
- Parents are welcome to come inside briefly to take photos.
- Parents who choose to stay may relax on our outdoor patio or at our high-top tables.
- Complimentary coffee is available at our Parent Coffee Bar for parents waiting during the party.
Food & Drinks
- Parents are welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, snacks, and drinks.
- Food and beverages may be enjoyed on our outdoor patio only.
- Please avoid foods that require cooking or heating.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
- Plates, cups, utensils, serving supplies, and refrigeration are not provided unless otherwise included with your party package.
Parent Attendance
- Parents are welcome to drop off and return at the end of the party if they feel comfortable doing so.
- A parent or guardian must complete all required paperwork before leaving.
Spa Services
Our spa experiences are designed for fun, creativity, confidence building, and relaxation.
- Services are for entertainment purposes only and are not professional salon or skincare treatments.
- We do not cut hair or use sharp nail tools.
- Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns before the party.
Decorations
- Basic decorations may be included with select party packages.
- Additional decorations must be approved in advance.
- No confetti, glitter cannons, candles, open flames, or tape on walls or painted surfaces.
Spa On The Go (Mobile Parties)
We bring the spa experience to your home, clubhouse, community center, or approved venue.
The host is responsible for:
- Providing a clean and safe setup area.
- Providing tables and chairs if required by the selected package.
- Providing access to electrical outlets if needed.
- Ensuring the setup area is ready when our team arrives.
Travel fees may apply outside our local service area.
Outdoor parties are weather dependent.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Parties canceled within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for rescheduling.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
- No refunds will be issued for guest no-shows.
Photography
Parents and guests are welcome to take photos during the party.
Lil Divas Spa Boutique may occasionally photograph party activities for social media and promotional purposes.
If you prefer your child not be photographed, please notify us in writing before the party.
Damage Policy
Parents or guardians are responsible for any intentional or excessive damage caused by their child or guests to spa furniture, equipment, decorations, supplies, or the party space.
Additional charges may apply for damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal party use.
Liability
- Lil Divas Spa Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and guests.
- Lil Divas Spa Boutique reserves the right to end any party that becomes unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate without refund.

Lil Divas Spa Boutique reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
