Thank you for choosing Lil Divas Spa Boutique! We can’t wait to celebrate your little diva’s special day and create a fun, memorable spa experience for her and her guests.

• A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to reserve a Boutique Spa Party.
• A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to reserve a Mobile Spa Party.
• Your party is not confirmed until the required deposit is received.
• The remaining balance, plus an 18% gratuity, is due before the party begins. For Mobile Spa Parties, the balance must be paid before setup begins.
• Deposits may be transferred one time with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Party packages include the number of guests listed in your selected package. Your final guest count is due 7 days before your party.

Boutique Spa Parties

• Additional guests may be added for the per-guest fee listed with your selected package, based on space and availability.
• Please let us know as soon as possible if your guest count changes so we can have everything ready for each little diva.

Mobile Spa Parties

• Mobile parties are prepared and packed 1–2 days before the event based on your confirmed guest count.
• We bring one extra spa set whenever possible to accommodate one unexpected guest.
• Any additional last-minute guest beyond the confirmed guest count is subject to availability and an additional $20 last-minute preparation fee, plus the regular additional-guest charge.
• Last-minute additional guests cannot be guaranteed. We may not have the necessary supplies or staffing to accommodate guests who were not included in the final guest count.
• Please contact us before the party if your guest count changes. Guests should not be added upon our arrival without prior approval.

Boutique Spa Parties

• Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled party start time.
• Parties begin and end promptly at the scheduled time.
• Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early, as we may be preparing the Boutique for your celebration.

Mobile Spa Parties

• Our spa team will arrive approximately 45 minutes before your scheduled party time to unload and set up.
• We require a small, clean space near an electrical outlet for our spa setup.
• Please have the designated area cleared and ready before our arrival so our team can begin setting up immediately.
• Parties begin and end promptly at the scheduled time.

• Parties begin at the scheduled start time.
• Guests arriving late will join the party at its current point in the schedule.
• Missed experiences or activities cannot be repeated or extended due to late arrival.

Lil Divas Spa Boutique is a private, kid-focused Boutique Spa designed to give our guests a fun and comfortable place to celebrate.

To keep the spa experience organized and allow our team to focus on the girls:

• We recommend limiting the number of adults remaining inside the Boutique during spa experiences.
• Parents are always welcome to come in for special moments, photos, cake, and celebrations.
• Parents may drop off their child and return at the end of the party if they feel comfortable doing so.

Our Boutique Spa Parties include food and drinks for the girls so you have one less thing to worry about!

Depending on your selected party package, we provide:

• Pizza OR Mini Plain Bagels with Cream Cheese & Butter
• Our Mocktail Bar for the girls

Parents are welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes for the celebration.

• Food, cake, and drinks may be enjoyed inside the Boutique during the designated party portion of your event.
• Please notify us in advance of any known food allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Our spa experiences are designed for fun, creativity, confidence, pampering, and relaxation.

• All experiences are for entertainment purposes only and are not professional salon, nail, or skincare treatments.
• We do not cut hair or use sharp nail tools.
• We do not apply gel polish and cannot remove existing gel polish.
• If your child arrives with gel polish on their nails, we may need to modify or skip the polish portion of their experience.
• Please notify us before the party of any known allergies, sensitivities, or other concerns that may affect participation in an experience or activity.

There is no need to bring decorations! Boutique Spa Parties include our Signature Themed Tablescape to create a special celebration space for the birthday girl and her guests.

If you would like to bring a special balloon or other special decoration, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate it with your party setup.

We bring the Lil Divas spa experience to your home, clubhouse, community center, or other approved venue.

The host is responsible for:

• Providing a small, clean, safe, and accessible setup area near an electrical outlet.
• Having the designated area cleared and ready before our arrival.
• Providing tables and chairs if required by the selected package.
• Providing access to electrical outlets as needed.

Our team will arrive approximately 45 minutes before the scheduled party time to unload and set up.

Travel fees may apply outside our local service area.

Outdoor Mobile Spa Parties are weather dependent. Lil Divas Spa Boutique is not responsible for weather conditions that interfere with an outdoor party.

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred one time with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
• Parties canceled within 7 days of the scheduled event may not be eligible for rescheduling.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for guest no-shows or for guests who choose not to participate in an experience or activity.

Parents and guests are welcome to take photos during the party.

Lil Divas Spa Boutique may occasionally photograph or record party activities for social media, our website, or other promotional purposes.

If you prefer that your child not be photographed or recorded by Lil Divas Spa Boutique, please notify us in writing before the party.

Parents or guardians are responsible for intentional or excessive damage caused by their child or guests to Boutique furniture, equipment, decorations, supplies, or the party space.

Additional charges may apply for damages or cleaning required beyond normal party use.

• Lil Divas Spa Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings.
• Children are expected to follow staff instructions and treat the Boutique, staff, and other guests respectfully.
• Lil Divas Spa Boutique reserves the right to discontinue an experience or end a party if behavior becomes unsafe, excessively disruptive, or inappropriate. Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

Lil Divas Spa Boutique reserves the right to update or modify these policies when necessary.

By submitting your deposit and booking your party, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Lil Divas Spa Boutique Party Agreement & Policies.
