• Your party is not confirmed until the required deposit is received.
• The remaining party balance, including the required 18% gratuity, is due 7 calendar days before the scheduled party date for both Boutique and Mobile Spa Parties.
• A final payment reminder and secure payment link will be sent prior to the payment due date.
• Parties booked less than 7 days in advance require payment in full at the time of booking.
• All party balances must be paid in full before services begin.

Late Payments

Final payments not received by the due date may place your reservation at risk of cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before canceling your reservation.

Party packages include the number of guests listed in your selected package, including the birthday girl.

Your final guest count is due 7 calendar days before your party.

Boutique Spa Parties

• Additional guests may be added for the per-guest fee listed with your selected package, subject to space, staffing, and availability.
• Additional guests approved after final payment must be paid for before the party begins.
• Please notify us as soon as possible if your guest count changes.

Mobile Spa Parties

• Mobile parties are prepared and packed 1–2 days before the event based on your confirmed guest count.
• We bring one extra spa set whenever possible to accommodate an unexpected guest.
• Additional last-minute guests are subject to availability and an additional $20 last-minute preparation fee, plus the regular additional-guest charge.
• Last-minute guests cannot be guaranteed.
• Please contact us before the party if your guest count changes. Guests may not be added upon our arrival without prior approval.

Guest No-Shows

Refunds or credits will not be issued for guests who do not attend or choose not to participate in scheduled experiences.

Boutique Spa Parties

• Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled party start time.
• Parties begin and end promptly at their scheduled times.
• Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early, as our team may be preparing the Boutique for your celebration.

Mobile Spa Parties

• Our spa team will arrive approximately 45 minutes before the scheduled party time to unload and set up.
• Please ensure the designated setup area is cleared and ready before our arrival.
• Parties begin and end promptly at their scheduled times.

• Parties begin at the scheduled start time.
• Guests arriving late will join the party at its current point in the schedule.
• Missed experiences cannot be repeated or extended due to late arrival.
• Party times cannot be extended due to late-arriving guests.

Lil Divas Spa Boutique is a private, kid-focused spa designed to provide a fun, comfortable, and memorable celebration.

To help our team focus on the girls and keep the experience organized:

• We recommend limiting the number of adults remaining inside the Boutique during spa experiences.
• Parents are always welcome to join us for special moments, photographs, cake, and celebrations.
• Parents may drop off their child and return at the end of the party if they feel comfortable doing so.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for arranging timely pickup of their children.

Our Boutique Spa Parties include food and drinks for the girls, depending on the selected party package.

Food options may include:

• Pizza OR Mini Plain Bagels with Cream Cheese & Butter
• Selected Light Bites menu options
• Our signature Mocktail Bar

Available food selections vary by party package. Additional menu items may be available for an additional charge.

Parents are welcome to bring birthday cake or cupcakes.

• Food selections and additional menu requests must be finalized before the final payment due date.
• Food, cake, and drinks may be enjoyed inside the Boutique during the designated party portion of the celebration.
• Please notify us in advance of any known food allergies or dietary restrictions.
• While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Our spa experiences are designed for fun, creativity, confidence, pampering, and relaxation.

• All spa experiences are for entertainment purposes only and are not professional salon, nail, or skincare treatments.
• We do not cut hair or use sharp nail tools.
• We do not apply gel polish or remove existing gel polish.
• If your child arrives with gel polish, we may need to modify or skip the nail polish portion of the experience.
• Please notify us before the party of any known allergies, sensitivities, or concerns that may affect participation.
• Experiences may be modified when necessary for safety or age appropriateness.

There is no need to bring decorations!

Boutique Spa Parties include our Signature Themed Tablescape, creating a special celebration space for the birthday girl and her guests.

If you would like to bring a special balloon or other decoration, please contact us in advance so we can coordinate it with your party setup.

We bring the Lil Divas spa experience to your home, clubhouse, community center, or other approved venue.

The party host is responsible for:

• Providing a clean, safe, accessible setup area.
• Having the designated area cleared and ready before our arrival.
• Providing tables and chairs if required by the selected package.
• Providing access to electrical outlets as needed.
• Obtaining any necessary venue permissions.

Our team will arrive approximately 45 minutes before the scheduled party time.

Travel fees may apply outside our local service area.

Outdoor Mobile Parties

Outdoor parties are weather dependent.

The host is responsible for providing a suitable indoor backup location in the event of unfavorable weather.

If weather conditions prevent us from safely providing services and no suitable alternative is available, rescheduling will be considered subject to availability.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and plans sometimes change. However, each celebration requires advance preparation, supplies, and staffing.

• All booking deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred one time with at least 14 calendar days' notice, subject to availability.
• Parties canceled with fewer than 14 days' notice are not eligible for a deposit transfer unless otherwise approved by Lil Divas Spa Boutique.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled party: The booking deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments received may be partially refunded after deducting reasonable, nonrecoverable expenses already incurred, including food, personalized supplies, and staffing commitments.
• Refund amounts will be determined based on documented expenses and communicated to the customer.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for guest no-shows or guests who choose not to participate in scheduled activities.
• If Lil Divas Spa Boutique must cancel a party due to circumstances within our control, customers will receive a full refund of payments received or may choose to reschedule.
