💖 Party Booking Terms & Policies
Deposit & Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, payable by Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or cash.
- If you need to reschedule after your initial deposit, a new 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your new date.
- Cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- If payment and this signed agreement are not received within 24 hours of booking, your reserved date may be released.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If your child becomes ill, please contact us immediately to reschedule. Rescheduled parties are available Monday through Thursday, based on availability.
- In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find the next mutually convenient date.
Forms of Payment
- Deposit: Credit Card or Venmo
- Final Payment: Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Cash
Party Length & Setup
- Parties typically run 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your selected package.
- Please ensure adequate space is available for setup and activities — a clean, safe, and accessible area is required.
Event Duration
Event length varies depending on the experience booked:
- Standard spa parties: Approximately 1–1.5 hours
- Workshops, evening, or themed events: Up to 3 hours
The estimated duration will be discussed at booking and outlined in your event confirmation. Please plan accordingly and ensure the space is available for the full length of the event.
R.S.V.P. & Final Guest Count
Your final guest count is due 7 days before the event and will be used to determine supplies and pricing.
- You will be charged for the confirmed number of guests, even if someone does not attend on the day of the party.
- If additional guests arrive who were not included in the confirmed headcount, an additional charge of the original rate plus $10.00 per guest will apply.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving late will join the party at its current stage. For example, if manicures are complete, they’ll join in the next activity.
Due to time constraints, we’re unable to go back or repeat missed services.
Siblings & Additional Guests
Our spa experiences are designed for invited party guests only.
- If siblings or additional children wish to participate, they must be included in the final guest count.
- Children not included in the party may not use spa supplies or equipment.
Guest Participation
Participation is always optional. If a child declines a service (e.g., nail painting), we will respect that choice.
However, we cannot revisit skipped services later, and no refunds will be issued for declined or incomplete services.
Parent & Guardian Presence
We love having parents nearby, but we kindly ask that you give the kids some space to enjoy their pampering experience.
A relaxed, independent atmosphere helps them feel confident and have fun — and we promise, they’re in good hands! 💅✨
