Gratuity
An 18% gratuity will be automatically added to your final balance and is due on the day of the event. Additional tipping is optional but always appreciated.
Deposit & Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, payable in cash or via Venmo.
- If rescheduling is necessary after the initial deposit, an additional 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm the new date.
- Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- If payment and this signed agreement are not received within 24 hours of booking, your date may be released.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If your child becomes ill, please contact us immediately to reschedule. Rescheduled parties will be held Monday through Thursday, based on availability.
- In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule for the next mutually convenient date.

Party Length & Setup
- Parties typically run for approximately 1.5 hours.
- Please ensure adequate space is available for setup and party activities. A clean, safe, and accessible area is required.
Event Duration
Event length varies based on the type of experience booked. Most standard spa parties run approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, while special events such as workshops, evening events, or themed experiences may last up to 3 hours. The estimated duration will be discussed at the time of booking and outlined in your event confirmation. Please plan accordingly and ensure the space is available for the full length of the event.
R.S.V.P. & Final Guest Count
- Your final guest count is due 7 days before the event and will be used to determine supplies and pricing.
- You will be charged based on the final headcount provided.
Late Arrivals
- Guests arriving late will join the party at its current stage. For example, if the manicure portion is complete, they will participate in the next scheduled activity.
- Due to time constraints, we cannot go back or repeat missed services.
Siblings & Additional Guests
- Spa party services are intended only for the invited guests.
- If siblings or additional children would like to participate, they must be included in the final guest count.
- Children not included in the party may not use spa supplies or equipment.
Guest Participation
- Participation is always optional. If a child declines a service (e.g., nail painting), we will not perform it.
- We will not revisit skipped services later during the party.
- No refunds will be given for declined or incomplete services.
Parent & Guardian Presence
As much as we love having parents and guardians nearby, we kindly ask that you give the girls a little space to enjoy their pampering experience. A more relaxed and independent environment helps them feel free to express themselves and fully enjoy the fun. We promise they're in good hands!
Food & Cake Policy (At Our Location)
If you wish to bring cake or food to the event, you are welcome to do so. However, please note that the party hostesses are not responsible for serving or handling food. You are responsible for bringing the items, serving them, and ensuring the area is cleaned up afterward. We kindly ask that you respect the space and take care of all food-related cleanup at the end of the event.
